Upgrade, downgrade or cancel
How plan changes are scheduled, and what happens when you cancel.

- Upgrading or downgrading a paid plan is scheduled for your next renewal date. A banner shows the date, and you can cancel the change until then. Nothing is charged when you click.
- Before a downgrade, the plan card warns you about anything you'd be over the new limits on.
- Cancelling keeps everything working until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your inbox, contacts and channels stay, and AI replies, flows and broadcasts pause until you choose a plan again.
- If a payment fails, you're notified and can still change your plan.
