Spaces: a separate board for each agent or line of business
Cakes on one board, clothes on another — each with its own payment link and rules.

Every workspace starts with one space, Main. Add more when you sell different things through different agents — for example “Cakes” and “Wholesale”. Each space has its own autopilot, payment link and order rules.
- 1Open Chat orders and tap New space in the Spaces bar. Give it a name.
- 2With the space selected, open Autopilot to set its payment link and order rules. It starts as a copy of Main.
- 3In the agent's builder (or a flow's “Create chat order” block), choose the space its orders go to.
- 4Use the chips All · Main · your spaces to switch boards. The numbers are the open orders in each.
