- Everyone who messages you becomes a contact automatically. You can also import a list.
- Pipeline stages show where each person is — from new lead to customer. Bookings move people to “Booked” on their own, and orders (Orderista and Chat orders) move them along the Products pipeline: Interested → Ordered → Customer → VIP after their 3rd delivered order.
- Tags group people (“VIP”, “Cairo”, “Wholesale”) — flows, agents and you can all add them.
- Custom fields store what matters to you — and what your agent collects appears here too.
- Export to a spreadsheet whenever you need.
