WhatsApp lets you reply freely for 24 hours after a customer's last message. After that, you can only start the conversation again with a template that Meta approved.
- 1Open WhatsApp Corner → Templates and create one: pick its kind (marketing, utility or authentication), language and text.
- 2Send it for review. Meta usually decides within minutes to hours.
- 3Once approved, use it in WhatsApp broadcasts, automations and booking reminders.
