Where to paste these messages

In the WhatsApp Business app: Settings → Business tools → Greeting message, or Away message. Greeting messages go to people who write to you for the first time or after 14 days; away messages go out when you set yourself as away or outside the schedule you choose.

What makes a good auto-reply

It tells the customer what happens next and asks for the one thing that saves time — the order, the service they want, the product photo. A reply that only says “we'll get back to you” leaves them waiting with nothing to do.
