Delete a workspace or your account
What happens to your team, your channels and your data — and how to undo it within 7 days.

- Deleting waits 7 days before anything is erased. The workspace pauses at once: nothing is sent to customers — no flows, AI replies, broadcasts or follow-ups — but messages customers send are still saved.
- Your team is told straight away. Until the date, the owner can press Restore and everything comes back exactly as it was.
- After 7 days everything is erased for good: conversations, contacts, flows, agents, files, the connected channels and their connection at our messaging provider.
- Deleting your account: for every workspace you own that has teammates, you choose who takes over (the longest-serving admin is suggested) or delete it instead. The new owner keeps the team and all the data.
- Your paid plan is cancelled when the account is deleted. The plan does not pass to the new owner; they choose their own.
