Big catalogue? Let customers order anything
No need to type 3,000 products: share your menu as a file and let customers send what they need.

- 1Orderista → Menu → “How do customers order?”: choose “Balanced” (takes the order even if it is not on the menu) or “Free style” (no menu needed).
- 2Upload your menu or price list as a PDF or photos. The AI agent sends it when a customer asks what you have.
- 3Adding items is optional. Items you do add get automatic prices.
What happens with an order
- The customer writes their list or sends a voice note — as long as they like, over several messages. Every item is saved as it arrives, and after each message they see the whole order as a numbered list to check, add to or fix.
- On the live board the ticket says “Needs prices”. Open it, type the price of each item, and tick “Out of stock” for anything you don't have.
- Tap “Save & send to customer”: they get the total (and what was out of stock) and reply 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. The order updates by itself.
- No answer after 30 minutes? One reminder goes out by itself — and “Send reminder” on the order sends another any time.
Delivery without a map
Delivery → “Anywhere, one fee” charges every address the same. Prefer distance pricing? Choose “By distance” and draw rings — and switch on “Still accept far orders” if you deliver further for the right customer.
Menu and orders as spreadsheets
Menu → “Menu as a spreadsheet”: download your menu for Excel, or upload a sheet (Arabic headers work) to add to or replace the menu. Orders list → “Orders as a spreadsheet”: download orders for any days, or upload orders taken by phone.
