Add photos to your menu items
A photo on an item, and your AI agent sends it when a customer asks to see it.

- Open Orderista → Menu, tap an item, and choose Add photo. JPG, PNG or WebP.
- The photo is made smaller for phones before it uploads, so it loads fast for your customers.
- When a customer asks to see an item ("show me the burger"), your AI agent sends its photo in the chat — up to four photos in one reply.
- Change photo or Remove replaces or deletes it; deleting the item deletes its photo too.
- Already have the photo online (your website, Instagram CDN)? Paste its https:// link under the photo instead of uploading.
- Want the AI to show photos without being asked? Settings → turn on “Show dish photos when suggesting”: it sends the photo of an item it recommends or confirms (two at most).
- Backups → a store backup → Photos (ZIP) downloads every menu photo in one file.
