Staff logins: a username and password for your cashier, kitchen and riders
No email needed. Make a login, share one link, and they see only their own screen.

Your cashier, your kitchen tablet and your riders do not need an email account or your password. Make each one a staff login: a username and password that opens only their job's screen. Your menu, prices, AI, billing and settings stay with you.
Make a staff login
- 1Go to Settings → Team → Staff logins (or tap Staff logins in Orderista's Delivery tab or Booking Zone's Setup).
- 2Tap New staff login and write their name.
- 3Pick the job: Cashier, Kitchen, Rider, Chat orders desk, Orders lead (Orderista and Chat orders), Front desk or Booking desk.
- 4Have branches? Tick the branch they work in, and they see only its orders.
- 5We fill in a username and a password. Change them if you like, then tap Create login.
- 6Copy the card or send it on WhatsApp. The password shows only this once.
How they sign in
They open the staff link (it ends in /staff/ and your store's code), type their username and password, and land straight on their screen: the live board for the cashier, the kitchen tickets for the kitchen, the delivery map for a rider, the Chat orders board for the chat orders desk, the calendar for the booking desk.
Forgot, left or lost a phone?
- New password — makes a new one and shows the share card again.
- Switch off — they are signed out and cannot sign in. Switch on brings them back as they were.
- Delete — the login is gone for good. Orders and bookings they handled stay.
Each staff login takes one team seat on your plan, like any teammate. A switched-off login frees its seat.
