Delete orders and bookings for good
Remove one order or booking, clean up old finished ones, or delete a whole Chat orders space.

- One at a time: open the order (Orderista or Chat orders) or the booking (Booking Zone) and press Delete at the bottom. It disappears with its history, reminders and any tracking link.
- Clean up: in Orderista → List, Chat orders, or Booking Zone → List, press Clean up and choose All finished or Older than 7 / 30 / 90 days.
- A clean-up only removes finished work: delivered, cancelled or rejected orders, and completed, cancelled, no-show or past bookings. Open orders and upcoming bookings are never touched.
- A Chat orders space: press its bin, tick “Also delete every order in this space”, and type the space name to confirm. Without the tick, its orders move to Main.
Only owners and admins can delete. Deleting can't be undone — export a copy first from Backups or the List if you want to keep one.
